I would like to congratulate one on my Organo Gold members for reaching the rank of Sapphire! This takes a lot of work and strong team leadership to reach that goal. An Organo Gold Sapphire must have a minimum of 14,000 in group volume with no more than 40% (5,600) coming from any one leg. A leg is someone you personally sponsored plus their team of affiliates. Another requirement is that you have to build 4 teams of qualified consultants. There has to be at least two teams on the right side and two teams on the left. A qualified consultant has 100 in personal volume and a member on the left side and a member on the right side with 50 volume each.

Becoming a Sapphire in OG opens up more in terms of commissions you get paid.

It gives you 20% pay on your lesser side of the binary,
It pays you 4 levels down on the unilevel side. (1st level, 5%, 2nd, 5%, 3rd, 5% and 4th 4%)
It pays you 20% matching check bonus on your personally sponsored Organo Gold Affiliates.
And the biggy is that you are now qualified to receive a 2% override on all Sapphires in your personal team.
