Organo Gold Coffee Business is Booming – Set your Goals

There is no doubt in my mind that the Organo Gold Coffee business is booming and setting new records almost every month. I see it in the coffee volume being sold every month in my back office reports. For myself, I hit the Sapphire pin rank in Dec 2010, Ruby in Feb 2011, and I am on my way towards Emerald this month. You don’t get to the top without planning to be there. People don’t make Diamond in Organo Gold by chance, they are there by plan. So you need to plan out your future in Organo Gold by setting goals to keep you on track.

First of all you need to get your plan down in writing and visualize it everyday. It needs to be a major part of your thought process. So what goals to we need to set for ourselves?

If your goal is to be platinum, you need to map out on paper how to get their. Platinum is 5,000 group volume and five personal sign-ups in your business.

1) You need to start by making your list of 50 coffee drinkers and 50 business builders and throwing your first coffee party also know as coffee jazz mixers. Without you list, you will most likely never start your business. Most people fail right from the start unless they write their list first.

2) Next you need to invite them to your coffee party or retail them a box or two of coffee. You need to keep calling your list until you get at least 20 people who told you they will come to your party. Because life gets in the way and only 5 to 10 will show up. All you need to do at the party is share the coffee with everyone and show them the Gold Standard DVD. After that, if your up-line sponsor is not their at your house, have them call in to the party and share a few words and answer any questions.

3) Get the party out of your house and into the next persons. Find the most excited person at the party who joined the business and get the next party at their house the following week. We will just keep repeating this process and it will build depth in your organization.

4) Once you get the party started and they are duplicating, it is now time to identify your three top distributors and work close with them with the goal of helping them to get their dual team (one on the left side and one on the right) going. The dual team is the starting point which qualifies distributors to get paid the Dual Team Bonus in the pay plan. Write down your three and focus on them, get the dual team done. Attend their parties and help them present the business oportunity to their guess.

Once you succeed in getting this duplication going with five teams, you will be Platinum for sure. You will be well on your way to Sapphire quickly. I have seen this happen over and over again. It is doable.

Sapphire is just repeating the same thing one more level down in your organization. Write down three distributors who you want to help this month to become Platinum. Help them to find three distributors under them to get their dual team. And work with their new people to write down their list, call an invite to the coffee party and help them present at the party. The business is really simple, you just have to take action to get it done.

Ruby is helping three distributors to become Sapphire in Organo Gold. That’s the point I am at now, I know that I am a short distance from Emerald and will soon knock it out. I hope to see you at the top too.
