Detroit Super Saturday was a Huge Success

Just got back from attending the super Saturday here in my home town of Detroit, MI. It was a huge success for our team as there were over 200 people in the room to hear Organo Gold’s Global Master Distributor Shane Morand teach us the basic building block involved in building Hugh organizations in Organo Gold Coffee business.

Blue Diamond David Imonetie opened up Saturday’s event with a powerful speech on the magic of believing and how important it is to believe first before you get the success of being a diamond in Organo Gold. You have to plan your success first, look at in everyday and make sure that it gets implanted into your mind so that you are driven to the desired outcome. Diamond doesn’t happen by chance, it is well planned in advance. So what are your goals? Write it out.

GMD Shane Morand spoke on why Organo Gold’s compensation plan is the best in the industry and how it helps everyone to succeed in their Organo Gold business. It doesn’t leave anybody behind. That’s why there are seven different ways to get paid. Even people who don’t have money can succeed with Organo Gold. You an start off by retailing coffee first. You buy at wholesale for $15.00 a box and retail for $30.00 a box all day long. You keep the difference and applied towards your kit. There are no excuses in Organo Gold, you just have to be willing to go out there and hustle a bit. Anyone can do this. It is designed sp that the new distributor can get his starting money back fast by just selling at retail half of any package that they came into the business with.

Then Shane gave a very detailed illustration of how a Coffee Jazz Mixer is to be ran. There is a plan in place to help people succeed in their business. Just follow it, don’t reinvent it. When we talk about having 4 CJM’s a month, we don’t mean at your house, if you do it right from the start, you only need to have one party. You need to write your list of people, call at least 50 of them to get 20 of them to say they will come to your party. But life gets in the way and only 5 to 10 will actually show up, we know this in advance, so get twenty to say yes. Then we are going to look for the most excited one there and have the next one at there house. Keep repeating this and it will build depth in your organization fast. Depth is security in this business.

Do you want to know the secret to building a big organization in Organo Gold? The one that all the other Diamonds are doing? Well guess what, there is no secret! All the diamonds are doing the exact same thing. They are following the four step system. You have to be a master at teaching the four steps. Did you know that most distributors never complete step one! Can you tell me what step one is? If you can’t you need to revisit this right now.

Can you explain what it means to be a product of the product?
Have you given your upline your ganoderma testimony?
Do you know the formula for a proper autoship? Hint, not the company minimum if you want to succeed. You need to plan your coffee out in advance, you can not be in the coffee business without having coffee to sell.

He also explained the difference between enrolling people and sponsoring people. Anyone can enroll people, it a coffee business. It’s easy. But the hard part is sponsoring that person. To sponsor in Organo Gold means to make sure that your new person learns the four steps, has their dual team, ( one on the left and one on the right), and they have attended a major Organo Gold Event. What is a major event? It would mean an event where a Diamond is present. Not you CJM, not even your weekly meeting.
