Work along side them and make sure that they do the four steps that we teach and watch your business grow. There is no other secret then to follow the four step system. If people are not making money, the first thing that I wonder is how far did they get on the four step plan? You will usually find that they stopped somewhere. Did they get on the proper autoship? Did they make their list of 50 coffee drinkers and 50 business minded people? Do they plus into the weekly Sunday night call, Do they attend National events to enhance there training? They need to do it all and not skip the parts that take more effort. They need to invest into their business by making sure they have enough coffee on hand to run a coffee business. They need to keep on top of their training. These are the activities that grow businesses to the next level. All the training you need is given to you, it is up to you to follow it.

That’s it, the more advertising you do by passing out samples everywhere, the more inviting you do to coffee parties, weekly events, the more customers you will get. It is up to you if you want to work this business hard or just do it part time. You will make what you put into it.
